Evangel University, Akaeze

A private Christian university, Evangel University, Akaeze (EUA) is located in Ebonyi state. The Christian sect known as the Assemblies of God owns it. The institution received its license in February 2012, and on November 27, 2012, the academic year 2012â€“2013 got underway. With two colleges and one school, the university launched operations at its take-off campus in Okpoto. Since then, it has been expanded to four colleges, and work is still being done in preparation for relocation to its permanent campus at Akaeze. The National Universities Commission (NUC) granted the university full accreditation in 2016. It is one of Nigeria's most affordable private universities.
